Yes, for your convenience, a standard gratuity for the chauffeur is included in your final quote. We believe in providing a seamless, all-inclusive pricing experience with no hidden fees. You are welcome to provide an additional tip for exceptional service, but it is not required.

Absolutely. The safety and comfort of our clients are our top priorities. Every vehicle in our fleet is subjected to a rigorous regular maintenance schedule. Before every single ride, each vehicle is professionally detailed and sanitized to ensure it arrives in immaculate condition.

All of our vehicles are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. For clients of legal drinking age (21+), alcohol is permitted in our Stretch Limousines, Sprinter Vans (Limo Style), and Party Buses, which are equipped with bar areas and glassware. Alcohol consumption is not permitted in our standard Sedans and SUVs.

For all airport arrivals, we use real-time flight tracking software. We monitor your flight status and automatically adjust your pickup time accordingly. You do not need to worry about calling us if your flight is delayed; your chauffeur will be there when you land, at no extra charge.

We offer several pickup options for your convenience. Your chauffeur can meet you inside the terminal at the baggage claim with a personalized sign (Meet & Greet service For $75.00 Extra), or for a quicker exit, you can request a curbside pickup. For curbside service, you will receive a text from your driver upon landing. Simply collect your luggage and call them back when you are at the designated outer curb, and they will pull around to meet you.

We provide dedicated service to both the San Pedro Cruise Terminal and the Long Beach Cruise Port. Your chauffeur will drop you off directly at your cruise line's terminal, assisting with all luggage. For your return, we will track your ship's arrival and coordinate a seamless pickup, making your return home just as relaxing as your vacation.
